Presentation
ENSSMAL provides teachers with a system of voting boxes. These can be used for various forms of assessment or voting. This teaching tool can be a way to improve the interactivity of specific lessons, promote student motivation and participation, and also instantly collect responses from an entire group of students. The teacher can then adapt their lesson based on student feedback.

Reserve the equipment
- Collect the materials on the 3rd floor of the library, by appointment, after checking availability.
Information and documentation
- I. The OMBEA Response software will be required for the proper functioning of the voting boxes. Please follow the installation procedure for this software on your computer:
INSTALLING THE OMBEA RESPONSE FOR MICROSOFT WINDOWS
- 1. You must be logged in as a system administrator on any machine where you want to install OMBEA Respo. Learn more about the system requirements here.
- 2. Download the OMBEA response from this link : https://www.ombea.com/ars/downloads#
- 3. Make sure you are logged into your computer as an administrator
- 4. Double-click on the ORsetuexe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- 5. Double-click the OMBEA Response icon on your desktop.
- 6. The OMBEA Response tab will appear in the upper left corner of your PowerPoint window.

- Proficiency in presentation techniques (e.g., assisting the user and showing them what needs correcting);
- Creation of educational video clips and podcasts;
- Online publication of educational resources;
The collaborative support office aims to help and support students and teachers in:

- The recording content must be purely scientific, educational, and cultural;
- Videos and podcasts must not exceed 30 minutes;
- The recording room must not be used without the presence of the person in charge.
