Overview
ENSSMAL provides teachers with an electronic voting system. These devices can be used for various forms of assessment or voting. This pedagogical tool can enhance the interactivity of certain lessons, increase student motivation and participation, and instantly collect responses from an entire group of students. Teachers can then adapt their course based on students’ responses.

To use the electronic voting devices:

Reserve the equipment.

Pick up the equipment on the 3rd floor of the library, by appointment, after checking availability.

Information and Documentation
- OMBEA Response Software is required for the proper functioning of the voting devices. Follow this installation procedure on your computer:

Ensure you are logged in as a system administrator on the machine where you want to install OMBEA Response.

Download OMBEA Response from this link: https://www.ombea.com/ars/downloads#

Confirm you are logged in as an administrator.

Double-click the file
ORSetu.exeand follow the on-screen instructions. -
Double-click the OMBEA Response icon on your desktop.

The OMBEA Response tab will appear in the upper-left corner of your PowerPoint window.

The collaborative support office is intended to help and guide students and teachers in the following:

The content of the recordings must be purely scientific, educational, and cultural

Videos and podcasts should not exceed 30 minutes

The recording room must not be used without the presence of the responsible staff member
