1) Students Recipients of a Scholarship from the Algerian Government:

In accordance with Ministerial Circular No. 47 of May 5, 1986, foreign students are authorized to enroll in Algerian universities subject to submitting a Certificate issued by the Directorate of Cooperation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

2) Students and Children of Foreign Residents in Algeria:

These students can obtain a place on the program under the same conditions as Algerian students. However, their final registration requires the presentation of an Authorization issued by the Directorate of Cooperation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

3) Registration obligations:

The registration file shall include:

• Ministerial authorization for registration for foreign students
• Original Baccalaureate diploma
• Baccalaureate diploma equivalency certificate
• Birth certificate (original)
• Copy of passport
• 3 photos
• Receipt for payment of registration fees (200 DZD)
• Information sheet.

4) Authentication of educational documents:

Authentication is the process by which the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research validates educational documents issued by the school.
